Workout:
Leg Raise 15 reps each legs
Step Ups 15 each leg
Side Step Lunges 15 each Leg
Leg Raises 15 reps Each Leg

Add weight as needed. Rest 1 minute Between each exercise. Do each exercise 3-5x. 3-4x per week.

Female Fitness Model Andrea is teaching a simple yet effective Abdominal Workout using Planks you can do at home, the gym, the park or anywhere. This workout will help you get lean sexy abs.
Do as many reps as you can per exercise. Try to increase each week. Keep good form (your back should be straight). Rest 1-2 min between each exercise. Repeat 2-3x Do this workout at least 2x per week.

Intense BUTT Lifting Workout!! Get a Sexy Booty!!

Fitness Model Michelle Jacot is teaching you a simple yet intense Butt lifting workout you can do to build a Hot Butt and Sexy Legs. Most the equipment you can buy at a store cheap or find in the gym (I bought those ankle weights for $10 and a 20-30lbs barbell is less then $50 but you could probably find a used one for a lot less. 5-10lbs ankle weights are ideal to start with then build up to 15lbs. This workout can be done at Home, the Gym, or outside.

Workout: Do each exercise for about 20 seconds. After then rest about 10 seconds then do the next exercise. After you have done all 5 exercises rest 2minutes then repeat. Repeat as many times as you’d like. Ideally 3-5. Do this 3-5x per week.
Exercises:
Squats
Leg Lifts (20 seconds per side)
Hopping Deadlifts
Step Back Lunges
Leg Lifts (40 seconds per leg this time)

Add weight as needed.

To build a sexy round butt you need to workout your BUTT HARD 2-3x a week for at least 45min or more.
