Here’s a great workout to get nice toned legs and a sexy butt. Do Jump Squats from 3 different stances: Wide, Medium, and Close. Do as many as you can at each stance going as far down as you can so you really workout your butt. Rest 90 seconds between each set. Repeat 2-3x.
