http://www.bikiniteam.tv – The Lifestyle Retreat Lounge, also known as LRL, was one of the biggest stops on our 2013 Swim Week schedule. Host Tyler Suess was invited to the exclusive event held at the Royal James Palm Hotel in their luxurious ball room. SI Swimsuit model Nina Agdal attended as did actress Perrey Reeves, MMA fighter Alistair Overeem, DJ Erick Morillo and designer/fashion icon Betsey Johnson. DJ’s Stacie Todd, Patrick Pizzorni and Marcos Noel spun for the 4th installment of this two day event.

The Lifestyle Retreat Lounge hosted a special private preview of Well Kept, Katie Gallager, Enjoue and Rica Swimwear. Tyler got her nails painted by LVX, received beautiful earrings and a bracelet from Ibiza Passion jewelry and got a badly needed massage from Equinox Fitness. Suess was able to interview Long Hair Don’t Care apparel founder Kasey Murdoch and model/actress Elisa Berdugo.

The troubled 26-year-old actress had been spending her days in Brazil, before she had to head off to court-ordered rehab for 90 days. photographers snapped photos of Lilo soaking up the sun in a blue bikini that revealed some nasty bruises.It’s not clear how the “Mean Girls” star got the bruises in the first place, though some suggest it might be due to her little stunt the other night when she ducked under a table at a nightclub. It’s totally possible, but given that Lohan is naturally fair-skinned it’s likely that she bruises easily.

Barbell Squats are a great exercise to build a big round booty. Doing a close stance squat works your butt more then a wide stance. Start with a light weight and build up each week. Then finish off your workout with as many jumping squats as you can.
