Squats are one of the best exercises to build a hot butt and nice legs.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll want to do this workout every 5 days for the first month. (Example: Monday then Friday then Wed then Mon, etc.)<br \/>\nStart by doing 10 sets of 6 reps of squats going slow. Count 4-5 seconds on the way down, hold for 1second then 2-3 seconds on the way up. Really feel you butt work.<br \/>\nThen do 5 reps for the second workout and increase the weight 5-10lbs. Then 4 Reps on the 3rd workout and increase the weight another 5-10lbs. Then 3reps on the 4th workout and increase the weight another 5-10lbs.<br \/>\nThen repeat the workout again with 6reps using the weight you used for 3reps. Keep doing this for at least a month.<br \/>\nExample:<br \/>\n10 sets of 6 reps 20lbs  Monday<br \/>\n10 sets of 5 reps 30lbs  Friday<br \/>\n10 sets of 4 reps 40lbs  Wednesday<br \/>\n10 sets of 3 reos 45lbs  Monday<br \/>\n10 sets of 6 reps 45lbs  Friday<br \/>\n10 sets of 5 reps 50lbs Wednesday<br \/>\netc, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Rest 90 seconds between each set.<br \/>\nAfter you do your 10 sets pick 3 other butt exercises and do 3 sets of those for anywhere from 10-20 reps.<br \/>\nLet me know how this works out for you.
