Intense BUTT Workout for a Tight Booty!

This workout is intense and will get you a sexy tight bikini butt. Do it 2x per week to start then increase to 3x.
If you’re new you can do this without weight to learn the exercise form but then you’ll want to add weight to make it challenging.
Exercises:
Hopping Curtsy Lunge: Do as many as you can
Leg Raise: 15 reps each leg
One Leg Deadlift: 8-10 reps each leg
Wide Squats: 12-15 reps
Stepping Back Lunge With Weight 6-8 reps each leg

Do 3 sets per exercise and add weight as needed.

You can start holding something for balance if you’d like. Then once you get good at it be sure to add weight.

Super SEXY Abs Workout you can do at Home

Do you want SUPER SEXY ABS? This workout will help you get it. You can do these exercises at home, the gym, or the beach.
Try to do 20 reps for each exercise. If you can’t do 20 yet just try and do as many as you can and build up.
Repeat this workout 2-4x and do ab exercises at least 3x per week or more.

Workout your Butt when you do Squats!!

Make sure you sit your butt back when doing exercises like squats, lunges, ice skaters, etc. And dont let your knees go past your toes. You should feel your butt working. Once you get the form down correctly add weight for even greater results. When using weight be sure to warm-up first.
