Build a Sexy Round Booty with this Deep Squat Workout!

Heres a Workout Plan using this exercise “Squats” to build a Sexy Big Round Booty and Sexy Legs. Squats are one of the best exercises to build a hot butt and nice legs.

You’ll want to do this workout every 5 days for the first month. (Example: Monday then Friday then Wed then Mon, etc.)
Start by doing 10 sets of 6 reps of squats going slow. Count 4-5 seconds on the way down, hold for 1second then 2-3 seconds on the way up. Really feel you butt work.
Then do 5 reps for the second workout and increase the weight 5-10lbs. Then 4 Reps on the 3rd workout and increase the weight another 5-10lbs. Then 3reps on the 4th workout and increase the weight another 5-10lbs.
Then repeat the workout again with 6reps using the weight you used for 3reps. Keep doing this for at least a month.
Example:
10 sets of 6 reps 20lbs Monday
10 sets of 5 reps 30lbs Friday
10 sets of 4 reps 40lbs Wednesday
10 sets of 3 reos 45lbs Monday
10 sets of 6 reps 45lbs Friday
10 sets of 5 reps 50lbs Wednesday
etc, etc.

Rest 90 seconds between each set.
After you do your 10 sets pick 3 other butt exercises and do 3 sets of those for anywhere from 10-20 reps.
Let me know how this works out for you. You should nice a big difference in your butt and legs after a month.
