Exercises:
Wide Sumo Squats. Great for inner thighs. Do as many reps as you can. Add weight as needed.
Side to Side Stepping Back Lunges. Do as many reps as you can.
Read Leg Lifts. Do 15reos each leg.
Hopping Lunges. Do as many as you can.
