Heres a simple and effective Abs workout you can do at home or anywhere that will help you get a sexy stomach.
Do 15-20 reps per exercise. Do each exercise 2-3x.

Fitness Model Michelle Jacot is teaching you a simple workout you can do to build a Hot Booty. Most the equipment you can buy at a store cheap or find in the gym (I bought those ankle weights for $10 and a 20-30lbs barbell is less then $50 but you could probably find a used one for a lot less. 5-10lbs ankle weights are ideal to start with then build up to 15lbs. This workout can be done at Home, the Gym, or outside.

Workout:
Wide Stance Deep Squat: 12reps
Straight Leg Deadlift: 12 reps
Leg Raises: 15 reps each leg
Ice Skaters: As many as you can do

I recommend resting 1min between each exercise.
To build a sexy round butt you need to workout your BUTT HARD 2-3x a week for at least 45min or more.

Make sure you sit your butt back when doing exercises like squats, lunges, ice skaters, etc. And dont let your knees go past your toes. Your feet should be flat with most the weight on your heels. You should feel your butt working.
