Simple Booty Workout for SEXY Butt & Legs!

Heres a simple workout involving 4 exercises that will help you get a nice lifted butt and sexy legs. Do a hopping squats for as many reps as you can. Then put 5-15lbs ankle weights on and do 15-20 reps per leg. Then do jumping jack squats for as many reps as you can. Then do curtsy lunges for 15-20 reps per leg (add weights if needed). Repeat this 2-3x. Rest 1-2 min between each set.
