http://www.bikiniteam.tv – This Miss Hooters 2013 Swimsuit Pageant Finalist video features Francesca Ruffino from Cape Coral Florida being filmed by John Neyrot at the Hard Rock Las Vegas in their Breathe Pool Club at Rehab on June 28th. Over 60 Hooters Girls competed for the title from June 23rd-27th.

Francesca Ruffino came in 2nd place in the 2013 Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant.

Here is what Hooters Magazine had to say about Francesca Ruffino: “This brown-eyes beauty is a genuine, intelligent young lady with a pleasant manner and wonderful personality. Francesca is passionate about everything she does and has a great work ethic. She dreams of becoming a fitness model so she can travel the world.”
