The chart-topper’s never been shy of flashing the flesh – just last year Ofcom received over 400 complaints over her revealing outfit on The One Show while promoting The Voice. Rita who is currently a judge on the X-factor was spotted attending a Chris Brown concert Anaheim California. The star sported a very rock chic look and once again gave on lookers an eye full as she was leaving the concert. We’re seriously digging this relatively reserved outfit for Rita, but it’s definitely the boots that give this outfit some real va-va-voom.
