If you are an aspiring starlet awestruck by the beauty of the star world, Pandit’s life is just another testament of the flip side of this much lucrative careers that comes at one’s own risks.
Certainly success always helps, but for a non star kid to get anywhere even close to acting sans sources is impossible. Being in the good books of directors, producers, popular actors all help. But entering the good books category is not easily done. In an extremely professional world of Bollywood too, there still exists the conventional mindsets where transaction happen either in return of money or sex, both are which still rule as the most valuable assets of the industry. So if an unknown, pretty looking assistant director rises to the ranks of an actor in swanky launchpad vehicle, sources can’t keep shush about the not-so-unexpected sexual relationship the actor was sharing with the much senior director who shows off the guy as his trophy child after a string of successful films.
