Over 60 Hooters Girls competed for the title from June 23rd-27th.
Marissa Raisor came in 1st place in the 2013 Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant.
Here is what Hooters Magazine had to say about Marissa Raisor before she was crowned Miss Hooters International: “This brown eyed gal was Florida-made but Kentucky-raised. If Marissa is not studying for her degree, you can find her in a gym playing basketball or walking a runway.
