Deadlifts are one of the best exercises for a sexy backside. They workout your legs, butt, core, and back. In this video Amanda is showing two variations; a straight leg Deadlift and a normal deadlift. The straighter you keep your knees the more it works your hamstring muscle. Focus on good form and give both deadlift a try.
For women start light with a 15-20lbs bar and increase from there.
