Happy 4th of July Workout!! For this Butt and Legs Workout you’ll be doing 4 exercises for 4 sets resting 40 seconds between each set.
Exercises:
Curtsy Lunge 10-12 reps each legs
DB Deadlifts 12-15 reps
Ice Skaters As many as possible
Jumping Lunges As many as possible

Add weight as needed.
