Best BUTT Home Workout! No Equipment Needed!

This is a great workout for your butt and legs you can do anywhere with your own body weight.
Exercises:
Hopping Deadlifts
Lunge Stepping Back foot Out to side
Hopping Deep Wide Squats
One Leg Side Hop Squat

If your new and you can’t do the Hopping its ok to just do the exercises without hopping until you’re ready.
For this workout you want to do each exercise for as many reps as your can.
Repeat these exercises 3x:
Rest 30 seconds between each exercise the first time. Rest 60 seconds the second time. Rest 2minutes the 3rd time.
