Simple and Sexy Butt and Legs Workout!

Here’s a simple and Sexy Butt and Legs workout that you can do at home or the gym.
2 Exercises:
Barbell Chair Squats. Women should start with around 20-30lbs and increase from there.
Stepping Back Lunges with Weight in hand. Start with about 10lbs and build from there.
Do 3 sets of each exercise for about 10-12 reps. Rest 90 seconds between each set. This workout should be done at least 2-3x per week.
