HOT Bikini Girls Barbell BUTT Workout!!

A barbell is one of the best pieces of exercises equipment you can buy if you want a nice butt. Most women should start with 20-30lbs on exercises like the squat and 10-20lbs on single leg exercises like a lunge until you get the form down. Then increase 10lbs each week until its very hard.
For this workout do:
3 sets 10-12 reps Squats
3 Sets 8-10 reps per leg Stepping Back Lunges
3 Sets 8-10 reps per leg Curtsy Lunges
Rest 90seconds between each set.

Do it 2x-3x per week and you’ll have a nice booty in a month or two.
