Try to do 20 reps for each exercise. If you can’t do 20 yet just try and do as many as you can and build up.

Workout your Butt when you do Squats!!

Make sure you sit your butt back when doing exercises like squats, lunges, ice skaters, etc. And dont let your knees go past your toes. You should feel your butt working. Once you get the form down correctly add weight for even greater results. When using weight be sure to warm-up first.
