Girls Butt Workout with different Squats

Want a nice Booty? Then do the Butt Workout this Girl is doing…Squats. In this video our Female Fitness Model is doing several different types of Squats to get a great butt and legs workout.
This workout can be done at Home, the Gym, or outside.

Workout:
Barbell Close Squats: 10-12reps
Barbell Wide Stance Squats: 12-15 reps
Hopping Squats: Do as many as you can

I recommend resting 1min between each exercise. Repeat each exercise 3-4x.
To build a sexy round butt you need to workout your BUTT HARD 2-3x a week for at least 45min or more.
